01.Grant of License
Subject to your subscription agreement, Kyverum grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and utilize our multi-tenant SaaS platforms, S3 storage endpoints, and agent orchestrator APIs during your active billing period.
02.Output Ownership (Code & Artifacts)
All source code, pull requests, architectures, automated tests, and datasets generated by Kyverum Agents for your repositories are 100% your exclusive intellectual property upon generation and delivery. Kyverum asserts zero claims over code created for your projects.
03.Restrictions
You may not: (a) Resell, redistribute, or sublicense direct API access to the core platform to third parties without written authorization; (b) Circumvent rate limits, sandbox security boundaries, or billing quotas; or (c) Attempt reverse engineering of platform orchestrators.
04.Termination & Suspension
This license remains active as long as subscription fees are maintained or until terminated by either party. Upon termination, client data will be preserved for 30 calendar days for retrieval before deletion in compliance with data policies.
