01.Information We Collect
We only collect professional business contact information provided voluntarily through our technical consultation forms (name, work email, phone number, company name, and technical project scope). For infrastructure and S3 storage services, we collect telemetry metadata necessary for SLA accounting, throughput monitoring, and security audit logs.
02.How We Use Your Data
Collected information is strictly used to: (a) Provision and configure requested SaaS or S3 infrastructure; (b) Communicate technical proposals and SLAs; (c) Authenticate API and agent team access; and (d) Provide customer support. We NEVER sell, lease, or monetize customer data with third parties.
03.Zero Model Training on Customer Code
We operate under strict data isolation boundaries. Customer codebase repositories, Git diffs, database schemas, and architectural files processed by Kyverum Agents are NEVER used to train, fine-tune, or retrain public foundational AI models.
04.Infrastructure Security Standards
All data stored in Kyverum S3-compatible cloud storage is encrypted using military-grade AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We support bucket versioning, Object Lock (WORM) to guarantee immutability against ransomware, and granular IAM policies.
05.Your Privacy Rights
You have the right to inspect, update, export, or permanently erase your business records from our systems at any time by contacting privacy@kyverum.com. Verified requests are processed within 15 business days.
